Old Course Hotel – St Andrews
The Company were recently invited to re-decorate 130 rooms and suites at this prestigious venue as part of a refurbishment programme. The works were on an incredibly tight timescale as the hotel, for the 1st time in its history had opted to close for a 14 week period over the winter and deadlines had to be met for incoming guests over the Easter period.
With the works also involving multiple trades and as expected the decoration to be of an exemplary standard in fitting with the venues 5 star status, our operatives worked around the clock 7 days a week and in tandem with other trades to successfully complete the works on time. This resulted in the company being retained at the facility on future projects.
Malmaison Hotel – St Andrews Square Edinburgh
- Following the success of the delivery of the Old Course Hotel the principal contractor having secured this a listed renovation project in the heart of Edinburgh was keen to engage the Company in this project. This represents a significant milestone in the Company’s ongoing relationship with the contractor and satisfied the clients demands of exceptional standards following their visit to the Old Course Hotel.
